These Terms apply to HiWi Finder, a beta tool for organizing university student-assistant outreach. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful, respectful academic outreach.

1. Purpose of the service

HiWi Finder helps users browse chair contacts, prepare email templates, send emails through their own SMTP account, and track sent messages. The service does not guarantee a job offer, reply, or contact accuracy.

2. User responsibility

• You must review and personalize messages before sending.
• You must not use the service for spam, advertising, harassment, scraping abuse, or fake identity use.
• You must respect recipient objections and stop contacting people who ask not to be contacted.
• You are responsible for the content you send and for the SMTP account you connect.

3. Email limits

The beta plan costs 15 EUR per month and includes 900 outreach emails per calendar month. Daily safety limits may also apply. The free trial lasts 2 days.

4. Trial abuse prevention

Free trials are intended for one real user. The service may use a hashed browser/IP fingerprint and a browser cookie to limit repeated free trials from the same browser, device, or network.

5. Account and access

Access may be suspended if the service is used in a way that creates legal, security, deliverability, or abuse risk. Beta access can change while the product is being improved.

6. No legal advice

HiWi Finder provides workflow software only. It does not provide legal, tax, immigration, employment, or university-admission advice.
